From the minute I called I spoke with Claire. And she was amazing, professional, friendly, and concerned about My vehicle. she explained to come on over bring the car in and I told her what I thought the problem was which were the brakes. I explained to her my concern was I needed my vehicle by the next day because I was attending a funeral on Friday! They were awesome, they took a look at my car the next day on Thursday and they were able to diagnose it. It was completed in a timely manner, and I was able to pick up my car on Thursday afternoon. The staff there front office ladies, everybody is just wonderful. I’m happy with the outcome and the good service I get there and I now have new rear brakes! I had the most positive and professional experience EVER at Duncans in Lincoln. I approached them for a second opinion for a job that the dealership stated I needed and had also given me a quite. I called Duncan and was assisted by Chris. Over the phone I read the description of the procedure and Chris gave me a quote that was about $400 lower and, of course, I made an appt to have the job done. Mike, the manager was the person I dealt with when my appt arrived. Mike took down all the information and stated that he didn’t agree with the stated problem because my car was relatively new and would perform a free inspection of my car. He went out to inspect the car and check it in. We left the car. Mike called back a few hours later and stated my car was in perfect condition and there would be no charge. Mike was so professional and reassuring. From now on, Duncan will be where I take my business and I will be spreading the good word about Duncan and their outstanding staff.
