**Cannot say enough about this repair shop's service and performance.** These guys are professional, courteous, friendly, efficient, and fair. I brought my Acura in for SMOG check & oil change (very competitive pricing) with a multi-point inspection. The inspection revealed totally worn out shocks & struts, and significant tire tread wear. They recommended new struts and gave me a very reasonable quote which they would honor at a future date if I decided to come back. They also (very kindly) inspected a noise and vibration under the engine compartment. They found the splash guard was missing several clips that secured the guard and caused a rattle and loud vibration noise while driving. They removed the damaged piece that was making the noise. I did return several weeks later to have all four struts replaced for a very reasonable price and a fast appointment. Thank you & kudos to the manager, **Dave** and the service team that did a great job on both appointments. We'll be back.

Ive been dealing with Duncans for years whether it was selling them parts working for a local parts company or as a customer. They are always professional and reasonable. I have an old car thats been having some smog issues due to parts not being available and they have been super helpful. I will continue to use them in the future when its not something I am capable of doing myself on my own car.
