Timely and excellent service

Great service and honest. Definitely get your car/truck up and running at a low price. Mechanics don't try to uncharged you they just simply fix what you asked for.

I worked w Chris on the 100K mile svc. They used my car to drop me off at home. So while they don't have their own shuttle, I'm thankful I wasn't stuck there waiting all day. And if you are stuck there, at least there's the thrift shop to walk around!

At 67, I have been doing my own (trained) mechanical work since the mid 1970s. Not being a great fan of the dealer, I shopped around for months and finally took my Dodge Ram 3500 diesel to Duncan Automotive. I was highly impressed with their honesty, integrity, and efficiency. The kindness and respect from the staff at the front counter was awesome. I have been taking my truck to them for a couple if years now and EVERY diagnosis and repair has been spot-on. I will continue to use and value their services as they are the best I have ever trusted with my vehicle.

Duncans did a great job smog checking my 2023 sprinter.

We took my sister's car in last month (#LP) Called in to schedule an appointment on a Monday. They were able to get us in on Wednesday. (We also had went in Tuesday to ask a question. we felt heard and NOT dismissed. ) They send confirmation text and follow up text.(We had a SMOG completed last year also ) All around GREAT staff and service!
