Service appointment and start time were exact. Great staff. Only issue was freezing inside temp while waiting for 90 min. Asked twice to raise temp. No go. Waited outside in 93 degree heat.

I went in for a smog check which I’d been dreading. But I found it a very pleasant experience. Efficient, comfortable, clean. And you could tell all the staff were happy to be there and worked cheerfully together. I plan to use Duncan’s for all my automotive service needs in the future. Great service!

Took truck in for an oil change and multi point inspection. They had it done in a few hours. Excellent service

They had my car over a day and it cost me $200 for them to diagnose the steering problem was due to my tahoe being put into auto instead of 2high on the drive sector knob. I kick myself more then anything but wish it didn't take them a whole day
