I called to ask if they proved a certain service. A yes or no question. Instead they wanted to diagnosis my own car through the phone with a snotty, patronizing attitude. Rude and grumpy customer service.

Had to smog our car ,new to area so used a reference in our neighborhood. The staff at Duncans is very professional and friendly.Our car smog was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Duncans !

Misdiagnosed problem. Charged me twice for repair when should have been properly diagnosed and repaired the first time. When I requested a discount I was given $19 off of labor. Whether intentional or misguided, this is a lousy way to run a business. Think twice before bringing your vehicle here.
