We drove to Sacramento from Southern California to visit family. Our truck broke down in Sacramento and we were desperate to find someone who could fix it quickly so that we could get back home to work. Duncan’s Auto worked us into their schedule and was able to fix it in time for us to get back. We really appreciated them understanding our sense of urgency. They also called us the next day to make sure everything was running well and to our satisfaction. That was very impressive. No auto repair has ever done that before. I highly recommend Duncan’s to anyone who needs car repair. They did a great job!
