It was a difficult repair because there were two failing parts at the same time. The techs at Duncan automotive spent the time and had the perseverance to see it through. The brakes work better now than anytime in the last few years.

I was very pleased with my recent service. Everyone was pleasant and very efficient. I was given options about low levels of engine coolant rather than you doing an extra test costly test. You filled it up and told me to watch it or bring it back in a week or so and you would check it. My son-in-law has been checking and the level is still good. I feel this is business I can trust and you will not do unnecessary things just to make more money. That is very important to someone like me who has very limited knowledge of auto mechanics! Excellent & honest service 👍. Fixed coolant leak.

We are from out of town and were in the area for the Thanksgiving holiday. They worked us in on a busy day and sent out for the very specific oil we needed for our Audi. We were provided coffee and water in their spacious and imaginatively decorated waiting room. The very personable owner dropped in and chatted us up for awhile, giving us the history of the local area and his business. Seriously one of the more enjoyable experiences we have ever had while getting our car serviced. Everyone who works there is helpful and respectful. If we lived in the area this would be our go-to place. We took business cards and gave them to our relatives in the area.
