After discovering that my Oil Pressure "sensor" had cracked and my MAIN mode of transportation, was leaking oil (must lave lost at least a quart,) I called Duncan's Automotive and got a hold of Greg. Your guys were able to squeeze my car in, get the part ordered and ready for pick up just a few hours later. Greg was professional, friendly and kind in explaining what we were looking at. The customer service area was tidy/clean. I'll definitely be bringing my cars to Duncan's. OH...They also honor a military discount! Thanks so much.

Con artists that do not stay true to their word & tried to steal money from me. They tried to charge me $270 extra on there initial diagnostic fee; they originally told me it would be $90, then 4 days later when I came in for my appointment they tried to charge me $360 for a diagnostic? & then they tried to charge me $430 extra on the replacement itself? It took me calling up my bank, showing them the receipts, having my bank send them Duncans Automotive a letter, & me threaten to take them to small claims court to get my money back. I will not be back to this place & I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my worst enemy. My experience was horrible & it was blatantly obvious that they tried to scam me.
