This was my first time using your service. I was very satisfied with the whole operation. I dropped the car off and I got a ride home from them. The car was ready when it was promised. This will now be my car repair service in the future.

Had my car taken in for diagnostic. Later on, I called and the representative specifically told me that it was $50. And I repeated the total amount back to be clear... Then I go in, said I wanted to pay, he said it was $150, and I proceeded to tell him that his rep said $50, and so this potato head began to gaslight me about how they need to be paid etc, extremely rude as heII, and with a chip on his shoulders acts like i don't know anything. I guess that was my punishment for taking THEIR representative seriously. Garage business and because I can't give it a true score, I'll just do it here, -9,634,964 out of 10.

Chris and the guys at Duncan are super friendly and great! I work down the street and when my truck broke down not only did they come to me to try to help look at it before I paid for a tow, they helped get my truck the short block to the shop and had the starter replaced by the next day! Quick, efficient, and great customer service! Thankful for them going above and beyond to help get our truck in and out!

After experiencing problems with my vehicle cutting off intermittently while idling, and another repair facility not being able to replicate the issue over a 3 day period but then occurred again when I picked up and stopped 5 blocks from that facility, my neighbor highly recommended that I go to Duncan's Automotive on Auburn Blvd. He has always received great service on his vehicle at that business. I set an appointment with Victor and explained the issues with my vehicle. I dropped off my vehicle after hours and received a text the next morning to call and go over the techs findings. My vehicle was repaired by that afternoon and I picked up before closing. The issue has not returned since my visit a month ago. The customer service was top notch! Victor explained everything in an understandable manner. The service was quick and thorough. I also received a follow up text on how my vehicle was running.
