So you want honest, I think this is one of the last places you get it. You want cheap, that's not what you're going to get. I feel like you get a quality service for a quality price at Duncan's. Dave the general manager, is a generally caring good person and he looks after his customers. Everyone I've interacted with at this shop has been courteous, professional, and just decent. I post this review because they deserve it, not because I want them to get more business and make it harder for me to get in there when I need to. But, they do deserve it.

I brought my 99’ Jeep GC in for ac work, rear window motor replacement and water leak check on passenger floorboard. They did a thorough evaluation before performing any work. Provided evaluation & estimate upfront. Work was done timely and very reasonably priced. A lot of labor was involved and still reasonably priced. Totally recommend this company for any automotive needs. I want to thank Brittany who I spoke to over the phone first who gave me upfront estimates and also Thank- you Victor and all who worked on my Jeep!

I had to get my Radiator replaced a few Saturdays ago. They were able to help me and get it done in the same day. Great service, Thanks Chris!

My husband always takes his car to Duncan when there is an issue with it. Nice people and dependable.

Took my car here today, have an appointment here at 8. It's tricky on how to get here, but its rather easy depending on which way you're coming from, to find the entrance, I was driving on Lincoln Blvd, made a left to get onto Fachini Circle and just follow the path all the way around. Can't really miss it from there.
