Excellent customer service

Been meaning to leave a review for a while. 10 stars to these guys. Everyone here is awesome, friendly and accommodating. I think it was a couple months ago I had having issues with my ‘15 Accord intermittently starting/not starting. It was two days in and out, new starter, and under my expected budget. Mike helped me out that time and he was willing to talk out my issue over the phone early in the morning right as they opened. My car is starting every push of the button and no issues at all. I called today and asked about a smog on my old van and Chris was willing to hear out my concerns and take his time to tell me his availability so we could get me scheduled. I very much appreciate you guys!

They were wonderful! I missed my earlier appointment due to forgetfulness. I called when I jumped in my car - in the rain - and remembered the missed appointment. Victor said come on over.

It was a difficult repair because there were two failing parts at the same time. The techs at Duncan automotive spent the time and had the perseverance to see it through. The brakes work better now than anytime in the last few years.

I was very pleased with my recent service. Everyone was pleasant and very efficient. I was given options about low levels of engine coolant rather than you doing an extra test costly test. You filled it up and told me to watch it or bring it back in a week or so and you would check it. My son-in-law has been checking and the level is still good. I feel this is business I can trust and you will not do unnecessary things just to make more money. That is very important to someone like me who has very limited knowledge of auto mechanics!
