Took 2 1/2 hours to change my oil and rotate tires. I was first customer in the morning. Usually a 40-50 minute process. Pretty unhappy.

This is my go-to repair service in Lincoln, CA. All service people are polite and knowledgeable as well as efficient in all matters of solutions. As an elderly woman I have had some big and small repair work on my elderly Nissan. Even when I came in once for a window lock issue Chris politely took me over to my car and showed me the magic button that released the safety lock and never charged me for the instruction. Customer service excellent as usual. However, confused that the diagnostic expense was over the top as the solution was for me to simply clean out our trunk completely for the roof mechanism to finally work properly?
