It was nothing less than Terrible. I have been using Duncan's for years with our fleet vehicles, but they have slowly become less and less reliable and less trustworthy. Recently they charged us $1,700 for the second time in 18 months to fix the AC on our Tahoe. The following month it broke again, and they wanted another $6K no warranty. The dealer took it and fixed it for $2,600 with a warranty. Duncan's not responded to our attempt to get answers about it. We will be moving on.

Duncan's Automotive is the best in Sacramento! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, honest, and trustworthy! They have been patient with while I figure out what to do with my car. I forgot to check in with them as I was distracted and very busy. They called me and were still so very nice and understanding! If I ever need auto work again, they will be my first call. You can't go wrong with Duncan's!

They were straight forward, told me what needed to be replaced , didn't try scare tactics like if you don't fix it now it's going to fall apart. They fixed a problem i was having and it worked perfect. I will return to have the other issues fixed as finances allow. I like the attitude there.
