Incredible experience with Duncan Automotive yesterday. I needed a brake inspection done and they were able to fit me in early in the morning last minute. They ordered the parts needed and were able to fix it that day. Excellent work done by the techs and phenomenal customer service by Jenell. She made sure everything got done so that I could pick up by car by closing in time for me to get to work. Can’t say enough about them, I will absolutely be getting any car service needs done here. Duncan's was a great experience. Even before I brought my car in, they were able to answer my questions about the smog early on the phone, and make an easy and quick appointment right away. As far as the service, it did not disappoint; they claimed it would take only a half hour and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I have used them long ago with a different car in the past, and they still had me ready and in the system for a quick process. Thanks for the great service and appreciate the help with the extra questions for my car as well. I will use them again.
