The customer service was excellent and friendly. They said they could take care of my Jaguar XJ8 and get it smogged and they did. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Scammed us. Had our car for a month. Had them put a new transmission in the car and get it up and running. Whatever it takes we said. We paid them $5,000 to get everything possible done on the car and after a month of work we got the car back and it died 4 months later. They said only a 30 day warranty on the work they did. Maybe the other shops are better in Roseville or Citrus Heights, but the Duncan Auto in Lincoln ripped us off. Had to have the car towed to the junkyard after only 4 months. They just sat on our car. I checked from time to time while they had the car and it just sat in their parking lot. Do Not recommend………. Zero stars if I could. Lies and deception. Don’t believe a word they say. Typical BS auto shop.

My air conditioning had been going on and off for the last 2 weeks couldn't figure out why I checked all the all the breakers all the fuses check the AC condenser check the everything the clutches engaging everything was fine and then you could drive it for 5 minutes or you could drive it for an hour and all of a sudden the AC would blow nice and hard so I stopped into Speedy Lube but their machine was down they said hey go over here to Duncan's they're a good shop and I went over there and met Greg. I explained the situation. they couldn't look at it that day cuz it was close to the end of the day so I brought it back the next morning and lo and behold it was a hidden relay that apparently when it got hot it would engage so that's why it tested good when i checked it. Greg and the staff were great. They had it fixed by mid day the following day. Voila, now it blows like the wind. Price was reasonable. Facility was neat clean and tidy. Highy recommend this shop.
