We’ve had Duncan’s servicing all of our vehicles since we move to Fair Oaks in 2017. That includes our oldest (1959 Nash Metropolitan) through our newest (2023 Mazda CX-5). At this point, any vehicle we have only goes to Duncan’s for service. No discussion on that issue. We especially like the fact that all the service techs we’ve dealt with have been knowledgeable and, more importantly, listen carefully listen to what we have to say (both my wife & I) when writing the service order. We also like that they will make service recommendations, as they would for their own family. While some may consider that an attempt at “upselling,” we appreciate the suggestions. A recent example was with the timing belt replacement in my wife’s 1999 Honda Civic. It was due & would require a bit of work (labor) to change it. Chuck suggested that unless we knew the water pump had been replaced recently (which it hadn’t in the 14 years my wife had the car), it would make sense to also replace the water pump at the same time. It made sense since waiting until the water pump went bad, would require paying for much of the same work to be done again. You can trust Duncan’s to do it right the first time. You’ll also appreciate their very reasonable rates.
