We were so impressed with the customer service we received from the owner. We brought our car in to have a noise diagnosed. At first they couldn’t hear it. But the. John took the time to ride around with us all over town until it made the noise so he could know what he was looking for. He then continued to drive it around himself to be 100% sure and fixed the issue easily. He made sure we didn’t overpay for unnecessary diagnostics and parts. The team at Duncan’s automotive are always helpful and efficient. I took my 2007 Honda CRV in because I thought the alternator might be going out. The team diagnosed the problem and found out it wasn’t the alternator at all. The issue was the starter. They replaced the starter, checked the alternator and 40 other components, found a crack in my serpentine belt and replaced it too. I was back on the road with my 18 year old computer car the very next day. THANK YOU Guys.
