Way overpriced

The ladies at the front counter are professional and courteous. I got a quick turnaround the next day notifying me my engine needed replaced. Since it is an older car my wife and I decided not to replace it. The diagnostic charge was surprisingly cheap. Thank you Duncan team for your professional and prompt service.

Wonderful experience! Very personal and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area. My car had a sudden issue and they were able to take my car the same day and diagnose it. They could have charged me a lot of money and told me the issue was much larger than it actually was. Overall I am very happy. The gentleman I dealt with was named Chris. He was fantastic. I previously gave a 3 star review- I am amending to a 4 STAR Mike there Service Manager called after discovering a billing error and apologized and sent me a refund So now I can say there pricing is very fair and they are an honest shop- Will be returning

A little pricey- not the best communication. Drain and fill rear differential and drain and fill man transmission I supplied fluid $500 ? Was hoping to find a go to place but feel like most they want the most $$$ they can get

First time in there was a billing error , but it was caught by Mike and refunded ASAP—- I will be returning there work was clean and they have proven to be trustworthy
