Misdiagnosed problem. Charged me twice for repair when should have been properly diagnosed and repaired the first time. When I requested a discount I was given $19 off of labor. Whether intentional or misguided, this is a lousy way to run a business. Think twice before bringing your vehicle here.

Great service and communication with better then competitive pricing. The repair was not as simple as it should have been as one of the parts on my truck was not original design. Chris kept me informed all the way through. I had a quote from another shop for their "sale price". Duncan's price was substantially lower AND they offer an alternative brand, sample quality and performance for even more savings. They give veterans a discount.

I was completely pleased with their service, even though their location is a bit of a challenge to find, however, it is certainly worth it. If you must wait, they've a nice waiting area which is accommodating. The staff and technicians are quite friendly and accommodating.
