Prompt, efficient, courteous

My nephew called me on a Wednesday evening asking me for a last minute ride to San Francisco airport the next day which gave me one day to get m 2008 Ford Edge checked out for a road trip (oil change, tire rotation, fluids, etc.). We called our go to auto repair shop and got a, "Next week is the soonest." We called Duncan and they fit us in within an hour. When we arrived, we found their team to be friendly and efficient for the check-in process letting us know it would be early afternoon to pick up. We got a call less than 2 hours later letting us know they did the service and found a safety issue with two of my tires so they didn't do a balance as I had requested. The service was cheaper than the quote and they walked us around the car to show us the tire issue. We were very impressed with their safety priority and thoroughness, taking the time to explain everything and let us ask questions. We left there and immediately had Goodyear replace two tires. The trip went off without a hitch. We so appreciate you, Duncan's!!!

Duncan’s performed my smog test service quickly & accurately per CA DMV. Friendly & professional staff.

Great team of people! Knowledgeable in what they do. They found my car’s smog issue, smogged it, checked the tire pressure, etc. I was in and out within a couple hours. Nice cool customer lounge to wait in. I’m stoked to have Duncan’s Automotive as my “PIT CREW” 👍🏻👍🏻

This was my second visit in the past four years for a smog check. Both times went very well and this time even came in under a one hour promise. Great job by everyone.

3rd Fuel Pump Issue & Replacement in 8 yrs. Each time I had to be towed by AAA; always directly to Duncan's on Sunrise. My 1st incident, I met *Dave Cruz, Svc.Mgr., Jessa Boyd, Greg Whelan & in this past year, Lorena - now @ Citrus Heights location. When my '99 Ford Explorer Sport was in for 'any type' of servicing, the diagnostics were done by one of their excellent mechanics, then that ppwk was ck'd by Dave Cruz and shared with me re. needed parts, time & the cost. Never once did I have an issue with anything ... actually felt (total relief) that my SUV was being svc'd by the Best Car Docs in town.👍 On a funny note, the first time I was in for service, I believe it was February 1st & the remark was made - "Oh, your B'day is tomorrow, Groundhogs Day"! Then Dave sits up in his chair & says "That's my B.D. also"😁 who woulda thought! From that point on, we Aquarians give each other a nice BIG🫂HUG after any maintenance/service appt.✌️

I have been having my car serviced at Duncan Automotive in Rosevile for almost 10 years. In the past, as a single woman coming in needing car repairs, I’ve had a few Repair Shops REALLY try to take advantage of the fact that I knew little about cars. I can’t begin to express how fortunate I feel that Duncan Automotive was recommended to me when I moved to Roseville. Anything and everything that has ever gone wrong with my Camry or if I have any questions at all, I know they are honest, extremely knowledgeable, courteous and straight forward with me. I KNOW I can trust them. I have never been disappointed with their service or their awesome staff!
