I have always trusted Duncan’s with my vehicle. They have done so much work on my dream SUV which is my Lincoln Navigator. It’s a 2003 but they have brought her to life for me. Just to name a few things, they swapped out my airbag suspension for shocks, put my new grill in, and now replaced my gas tank and fixed my oil leak. I tell everyone if they need work done on their vehicle to take it to Duncan. I want to personally thank Victor for always doing amazing work. They are all professional and super kind. This company is the best auto repair in Lincoln California. Clara and Chis bent over backwards to help me. My husband died in January before he could finish smog and other work on our truck. Duncan employees did a great job for me! I highly recommend them and will be taking my Subaru in very soon to them for a 60,000 checkup. Thank you sincerely Duncan Auto.

Have used their services before. Have always been professional, knowledgeable in finding out what is wrong with the car, honest and don't push unwanted/unneeded repairs on me (I'm female), and the staff is very friendly.

I called to ask if they proved a certain service. A yes or no question. Instead they wanted to diagnosis my own car through the phone with a snotty, patronizing attitude. Rude and grumpy customer service.

Had to smog our car ,new to area so used a reference in our neighborhood. The staff at Duncans is very professional and friendly.Our car smog was completed in a timely fashion. Thank you Duncans !
