The staff and the mechanics do a great job. Their customer service is the best. They also check to make sure everything that everything was done right and I trust the quality of their work.

Everything was super easy! Quick appointment and quick service. I was in and out for my smog check in 30 min! Can’t beat that!

I went to Duncan's Automotive for the first time a few days ago regarding an issue with my AC. They were very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. After testing the cooling system I was told tat I may have a pinhole causing a leak in it. Some refrigerant was added. They asked me to drive it for 100 -200 miles using the AC. Then bring it back to them in order to verify, if, in fact there is a pinhole that caused the AC problem (they had put in something with the refrigerant that they added that would allow them to see where the pinhole might be causing loss of some of the refrigerant). Will be going back soon to find out the resolution of the issue.
