It was nothing less than Terrible. I have been using Duncan's for years with our fleet vehicles, but they have slowly become less and less reliable and less trustworthy. Recently they charged us $1,700 for the second time in 18 months to fix the AC on our Tahoe. The following month it broke again, and they wanted another $6K no warranty. The dealer took it and fixed it for $2,600 with a warranty. Duncan's not responded to our attempt to get answers about it. We will be moving on.
