I had my 2008 Honda Civic...car towed to shop and they diagnosed my car and fixed my starter, changed spark plug and replaced my radiator. I had my front fender sticker out...and it was an eye sore...and out of courtesy they fixed it for me without a charge....I didn't even ask them to do that but I appreciated that because it was bothering me. Mike communicated everything to me and was patient. Would recommend place to anybody.

Great staff! Had my car worked on to pass a smog test. They were very thorough at finding out what was wrong. I was given options on what could be done if the problem wasn't fixed by some repairs they did. I will take my car and other cars I have to them again.

My car was diagnosed and repaired quickly and at the estimated price. We made a tentative plan for other necessary repairs, too. As an ex-backyard mechanic, I appreciate their explanations about what needs to be done and why. I haven't had a bad experience with Duncan's. I recommend them!

First off you were able to squeeze me in without an appointment. That was super since my check engine light was coming on intermittently and the needed the smog done. Your staff in Lincoln was friendly and eager the ensure that it was a good experience. Then, to top it off, when I noticed some old pics and asked about them, I was given a tour of the place and learned that it used to be a huge walk-in freezer. Finally, while waiting, I entertained m myself with one of your mainly science related magazines. This was truly an all around great experience for me. Thank you very much.
