We had appointment set for oil change. I rearranged my busy schedule around it. I show up with my car and the old man behind the desk barely even looks up at me and tells me ‘it’s not gonna happen today. We had someone call in sick’ They didn’t even give me a call to let me know. Nor did they apologize for the inconvenience it cost me. Horrible customer service. After reading some of the 1 star reviews of ppl getting scammed by this place it was probably a blessing in disguise I didn’t pay for an oil change here.
