This company is the best auto repair in Lincoln California. Clara and Chis bent over backwards to help me. My husband died in January before he could finish smog and other work on our truck. Have used their services before. Have always been professional, knowledgeable in finding out what is wrong with the car, honest and don't push unwanted/unneeded repairs on me (I'm female), and the staff is very friendly.

I called to ask if they proved a certain service. A yes or no question. Instead they wanted to diagnosis my own car through the phone with a snotty, patronizing attitude. Rude and grumpy customer service.

Misdiagnosed problem. Charged me twice for repair when should have been properly diagnosed and repaired the first time. When I requested a discount I was given $19 off of labor. Whether intentional or misguided, this is a lousy way to run a business. Think twice before bringing your vehicle here.
