Recently had my Check Engine Light go on in my 2005 Buick La Crosse. Drove to Duncan's in Lincoln. Where Claire, one of their ASA's ,Automotive Service Advisors, was quickly able to pull up a code indicating a misfire happening in one of the cylinders. It turns out the fix was not an easy one and it took more time than usual to diagnose the mix of issues that contributed to the problem. The bottom line is they solved the problem by having to diagnose and rectify multiple problems with my 21 year old car. A few members of the team over there that I've personally delt with, which includes not only Claire, but Jenell, (another ASA), and Mike the Manager really shows a determination to solve the most complex issues. I feel confident any car problems I may have in the future will be taken care of at Duncan's Automotive in Lincoln. You should feel the same.

Efficient In-N-Out in a half hour friendly people and reasonable costs.

I have been going to Duncan's for many years now. They are honest, reliable, and friendly. I had an issue with one of my vehicles and after they assessed it, they recommended bringing it to the dealership as it was an issue covered under a recall. They didn't want to charge me for something that could be covered elsewhere. I have been pleased with their service and will continue to go to them for many years to come!

Ive been through the wringer with a few different mechanics. Ive even worked with some of the shops with the very highest reputation and I can say with absolute certainty that Duncans is the very best. Victor at the Citrus Heights location is a very gifted technician and seasoned veteran of even OBD-1 vehicles, of which my 1992 Chevrolet S10 is. I feel my concerns are truly respected, and even when I am out of my own element with my owns skills and technical knowledge, this shop has never taken advantage of me. I would also like to commend Abe, Chuck as well as Annie, for their hard work and dedication to keeping my truck on the road. There is a lot of work to be done on my vehicle, and they are most definitely the ones for the job. Thank you Duncans Automotive if 5/5 stars without a doubt.

Duncan auto shop staff, Chris is super friendly, informative, and helpful. He provided clear recommendations on what needed to be fixed and what not. The expectation of the job to be completed was right on time. Overall, I was very satisfied the experience with Duncan services.

My oil change was swift and pleasant. I always have good service at Duncan’s.

Great job explaining what the issue was, working on my older 1987 Pontiac, and doing it in a timely manner.
