I called to schedule a smog appointment and the woman on the phone was nice and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in next business day. When I got to the shop the gentleman at the desk was very polite and social, smiling and welcoming! My car was done in 20 minutes and they took my payment with the same great enthusiasm and kindness as when I booked and checked in! I will definitely come back all because of the excellent customer service!

Heard weird sounds coming from my brakes. Took it in to an AAA recommended facility. Was greeted and recognized (unlike other shops where I had to take a number). The staff immediately heard my concerns about the car and was told that they would do a diagnostic on it. They offered me coffee and an Lyft to my home. When the diagnosis was completed, was told that I needed new front and back brakes. It was expensive. Then staff worked with me and was able to use my AAA membership to get a discount. The car is now up and running, no problems. Great staff and service.
