I went in to Duncan's for a "Service Engine Soon" light. Abe at Duncan's was very honest with me about how little I could do to remedy the situation (a new gas cap) and what other issues the car had. He took the time explaining each issue and not pressuring me to do any of them. I would up replacing my battery which was old and did not test well. There were other items that may require service soon, but Abe patiently answered my many questions and I was able to keep the bill down as a result. I moved my business to Duncan's about a year ago and I am glad that I did.
