Very good experience here. I was referred by Georges Automotive because at the time they couldnt do the job. I brought my car in 8 am and by the afternoon they had a diagnosis snd estimate of cost. They fixed the car on time and even came in lower in cost than the estimate. I live in Lincoln and recommend them without hesitation based on my experience. Also, AI recommended them!

I got a flat tire at my house. I called AAA to tow me to a nearby shop. On the AAA app it said Duncan Automotive would be ready "Immediately" so I chose it over other shops that may be busier nearby. When I got to the shop the guy at the front desk said he wasn't sure if he could get me in today. What!?!? Then the guy looked at my tire and said his tech could patch it today. Ok. 4 hours later I called and asked if my truck was ready. Front desk said his tech was working on it now, and it would be ready in an hour. Ok. I walked back to the shop an hour later and the tire's still not patched. I waited in the waiting room in silence for 30 minutes, paid, and drove off. I'll never come back.

Feels brand new. Had to get some work done and they were able to get me in ASAP. 1 tech did all the work to ensure perfection. 15 yr old camaro ss and its better than I remember it ever being. 👏

A problamatic smog issue that I was chasing they cured to get my daughters 1998 4runner back on the road. I ran out of time to fiddle with it and they were great. Got it in and out the same day
