Called for appt. got me in next day for SMOG & oil change on 2018 SUV Ford Escape. They are always polite & they cleaned front windshield ( filthy!) as I asked for help because I couldnt reach it! Will reschedule for future issues. Glad to hear you do a shuttle service now for all day projects! Met the boss too - very nice man!!

These guys and gals did a great job on my wife's Rav4. They replaced an axle shaft on the first visit and a front end inspection on the second visit. A very fast and professional group.

Weve been using Duncans to service all our cars since we first moved into the area in 2017. The cars theyve maintained for us ranged from a late model BMW 335i to a 1999 Honda Civic & include a 2015 Ford F-250 and 2023 Mazda CX-5. In all cases weve found the staff & especially the service reps to be easy to work with and able to handle everything from basic routine maintenance work to complete engine replacement. They are exceptional. Best repair establishment weve every worked with.
