I made an appt yesterday for an appt this morning for a smog check. All the staff were very helpful and checked me in right away. While I enjoyed the fresh coffee they provided they quickly finished my smog check before I was done with my coffee! Thank you all sooo much!

I rarely give bad reviews, but this one felt warranted. I brought my car in because it had a "low coolant" warning. They filled it, but said I would need to replace the entire resevoir. They didnt state it as a recommendation, and she tried to lead me to get it done now. The person at the desk that helped me was rude and snarky when I told her I wanted a second opinion. Not going to put her name. I just don't think customer service is her calling. The other guys were nice, but they were also trying to charge me $682 to replace when it didn't need it. Mind you, since they filled it, the sensor is now off, so it doesn't need to be replaced at all. Always get a second opinion!!

Duncan provides courteous and great service all in a timely manner and are reasonable. Cant imagine taking my car anywhere else.

$1400 to replace an alternator and change headlight bulbs. Pretty sure a voltage issue durring the install of the new alternator is what fried the lights in the first place. Would have been better off just going to the dealership, certainly would have paid less.
