Duncan provides courteous and great service all in a timely manner and are reasonable. Cant imagine taking my car anywhere else.

$1400 to replace an alternator and change headlight bulbs. Pretty sure a voltage issue durring the install of the new alternator is what fried the lights in the first place. Would have been better off just going to the dealership, certainly would have paid less.

Very thorough and repeatedly honest. Their 45 point inspection revealed no problems. Lots of places would find a problem whether it existed or not. Duncan's is not cheap, but they don't play games.

Easy to set an appointment for a smog. The waiting room is clean, with coffee, tea, and comfortable seating. Great service and friendly staff.

Honest and reliable

My girlfriend got a transmission cooler replaced here. Motor was shaking after we got it back. They said it was probably air in the coolant ?? Basically told my girlfriend to purge it. Why didn’t they do that after filling it?They eventually took the car back. Motor was no longer shaking but they Overfilled the coolant and it started over heating and the heater stopped working. I would not recommend this place.i feel like this is some super basic stuff that they weren’t able to do. Now I’m stuck trying to fix their mess
