I rarely give bad reviews, but this one felt warranted. I brought my car in because it had a "low coolant" warning. They filled it, but said I would need to replace the entire resevoir. They didnt state it as a recommendation, and she tried to lead me to get it done now. The person at the desk that helped me was rude and snarky when I told her I wanted a second opinion. Not going to put her name. I just don't think customer service is her calling. The other guys were nice, but they were also trying to charge me $682 to replace when it didn't need it. Mind you, since they filled it, the sensor is now off, so it doesn't need to be replaced at all. Always get a second opinion!!
