I use my truck for work. It was important that I got my automotive repair done quickly so that I could get back to work. I agreed to have it dropped off on a Wednesday around 3 o’clock and Duncans told me he would get to it by Thursday at the earliest. Away went my truck with the tow company and I received a call around 430 from Duncans automotive repair. They told me that they were able to fix my truck and they would have it put back together by closing time, I could pick it up in the morning. I can’t recommend these guys enough. They’ve been working on my vehicles for at least 10 years. Honest, fair and dependable.

It was nothing less than Terrible. I have been using Duncan's for years with our fleet vehicles, but they have slowly become less and less reliable and less trustworthy. Recently they charged us $1,700 for the second time in 18 months to fix the AC on our Tahoe. The following month it broke again, and they wanted another $6K no warranty. The dealer took it and fixed it for $2,600 with a warranty. Duncan's not responded to our attempt to get answers about it. We will be moving on.
