I took my 2013 F150 to Duncan’s Automotive in Lincoln for a smog check. Everyone was friendly and professional. As I waited for the smog check to be completed, I watched as the staff interacted with other customers in person and on the phone. They were polite and helpful, everything I want when I take my vehicle in for service. I have decided to start taking my F150 there for all of my service needs.

This was my first time bringing my car into Duncan’s. I went to the same mechanic for years and he retired. Took my car to a dealership and was quoted 2400 $ for a maintenance appt without even looking at my car. So I brought my car into Duncan’s after a few people I knew recommended them. I was prepared for whatever my car needed and from the start everyone was very professional and helpful. They offered to do an inspection and looked at all my previous receipts from my past maintenance records and within 2 hrs told me my car looked great and where my brakes and fluid levels were. They didn’t even charge me and I offered a few times to pay at least the hourly amount. I am so impressed and I will be back. I found my new mechanic who is honest and helpful. Thank you so much.
