I previously gave a 3 star review- I am amending to a 4 STAR Mike there Service Manager called after discovering a billing error and apologized and sent me a refund So now I can say there pricing is very fair and they are an honest shop- Will be returning

A little pricey- not the best communication. Drain and fill rear differential and drain and fill man transmission I supplied fluid $500 ? Was hoping to find a go to place but feel like most they want the most $$$ they can get

First time in there was a billing error , but it was caught by Mike and refunded ASAP—- I will be returning there work was clean and they have proven to be trustworthy

I have been to Duncan’s automotive off Sunrise now twice. Both times my vehicle was diagnosed promptly. I was given a report on my vehicle that broke things down for me which was very helpful. The only thing that kind of threw me off was paying the 230-250 diagnostic fee, and not having it go towards the cost of the other repairs they did. I was under the impression that when you go to an auto shop, and they diagnose your car and then you have that shop do the repairs, that they typically deduct the diagnostic cost from the total price. That was not the case though. Regardless I am extremely grateful for their kindness, prompt service, good communication, and overall great service!!!!
