We had a great experience with Duncan’s Automotive. They were able to get us in quickly for a brake and lamp inspection. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Great customer service! Thank you!

After 5 hours, had to call for update. They informed me that they needed to order parts and would need car for another day and would cost $445…….it was just a replacement horn! Something obviously was missing from communication not to mention being without a vehicle when no one was even looking at it. Disappointed.

This place was a godsend!! They were helpful Knowledgeable and helped me with my BMW which most mechanics charge an arm and a leg for and they were extremely fair and only did the work I asked for and charged me for nothing else I live in San Francisco and I will be driving all the way back up to Lincoln to have them do work on my car again in the future. I take my vehicles to to Duncan automotive because they do good work and above all they are honest. They diagnosed my Chevy with bad water pump but also informed me that it was still under the warranty I thought was expired. They referred me to a local dealership that fixed it free of charge.

Excellent experience, great choice.
