My opinion is that Duncan Automotive is far the best of mechanics that I have experience, they give a portfolio of your vehicle of what needs to be done and also a clear understanding of what they repaired. I am a Marketing major and I have to stay on top what companies are good and who is not good at all, so they will be my only place to repair my vehicle.

I was looking for a new smog shop near me and found Duncan’s through a Google search. They had positive reviews so I scheduled an appointment with them. The staff was very friendly upon my arrival. They were also very well organized with a list of customers they were expecting for the day and cross referenced it when I checked in. While I waited I also got to overhear some of their interactions with other customers and they were very polite, professional, and knowledgable. My smog was completed in a prompt manner and I completed my visit. Overall I am very satisfied with Duncan’s and will most definitely be returning to them for more business in the future.
