Recently had my Check Engine Light go on in my 2005 Buick La Crosse. Drove to Duncan's in Lincoln. Where Claire, one of their ASA's ,Automotive Service Advisors, was quickly able to pull up a code indicating a misfire happening in one of the cylinders. It turns out the fix was not an easy one and it took more time than usual to diagnose the mix of issues that contributed to the problem. The bottom line is they solved the problem by having to diagnose and rectify multiple problems with my 21 year old car. A few members of the team over there that I've personally delt with, which includes not only Claire, but Jenell, (another ASA), and Mike the Manager really shows a determination to solve the most complex issues. I feel confident any car problems I may have in the future will be taken care of at Duncan's Automotive in Lincoln. You should feel the same.

They charged us 400$ for diagnostic on 98 civic because it won’t pass smog , didn’t do any repairs and funny thing is I had new catalytic on the car. They said it’s the wrong one! They wanted me to change that out and said that’s reason I’m failing I didn’t do anything, I checked my timing and I passed my smog just like that! So they charge people , can’t find issues, but assume! Or don’t kno how to work on Japanese cars! Not happy !

I was so very pleased with the entire staff. My vehicle had some issues, lots. They made sure it was all taken care of and running in tip top shape. Thank you all so very much.

Dave, the manager was amazing In handling my issues! They diagnosed the problem and fixed it right on the spot for a very good price. He also had the technician do a full vehicle inspection at no charge which gives customers peace of mind, knowing if there might be any upcoming issues to look out for. It’s nice to know there are still people that care about Customer service and being honest I would recommend Duncan‘s automotive to anyone looking for top automotive work at a fair price.
