I have been a client of Duncan Automotive for many years. I have always been pleased with the service and especially the care they exercise with when servicing my cars. Always a five star experience from the initial contact through the service received.

Made appt for brakes/wheels (car wobbles when brakes applied), a tuneup and mentioned check a/c see if it's at full potential. Rented a car for two days. Duncans wouldn't give me ride to car rental place one mile away and Enterprise wouldn't come get me. Neighbor had to follow me from Rocklin to give me a one mile ride. No customer service from either. Next day get call asking where lock to wheels is. Had no idea. My Cars before never needed one. No work done on brakes til I go get my car, go to auburn Honda and order a lock. Totally my fault. Said they could do the other work so I'm thinking tuneup. I was really bummed about the brakes cuz of the wobbling and I had to go another week. Picked up car and the bill was $743.52. No tune-up was done, just oil change. $420 was flushing the a/c unit and differential service plus $200 for coolant, differential fluid and cooling system service kit!! I NEVER said anything about flushing out the a/c. It worked fine. I just wanted the temp checked to make sure it was working at its fullest potential. I needed a tuneup and brakes most importantly. Took me awhile to save for this and I feel like they jerked me around. So I got an oil change and ac work done that wasn't needed for $743, when I really needed brakes then tuneup. I never would have approved that work on the ac cuz I couldn't afford it. Car still wobbles and needs tuneup. Would I ever go back there? NO! I do not recommend this place.

I purchased my jeep in 2016. When I hear strange noises, notice leaks or smells it is uncommon and concerning because I keep up with oil changes, tune-ups, or other miscellaneous maintenance. I took my vehicle to a dealership for a major issue that was not addressed. I was receiving bot like texts/emails from the dealership instead of a human caring enough to call me and explain any mechanical findings. This left me feeling unappreciated and stressed. I decided to render their services. I did some research called around, and I was gratefully referred to Duncan's Automotive. I walked into a cozy lounge furnished with seating, coffee and a "mom and pop" like appeal. Annie and Mr. Victor enthusiastically greeted us and the issue was resolved the same day or the next day, (*depending on mechanical issue and parts results may vary.). Updates about my vehicle consist of calls, texts and emails from staff members. EVEN AFTER repairs, a staff member will follow-up by text to make sure the vehicle is running to my satisfaction and to answer any questions I may have. I am appreciative of every mechanic and staff members professionalism, kindness, knowledge, and talent that have had a hand with major repairs to my vehicle. Remove yourself from dishonesty, "a dude that knows a dude", and the elusive no call back mechanic. If you need your vehicle serviced by a business that communicates effectively, respects your patronage and your car give Duncan's Automotive a call.
