I really love this shop. The staff up front does such a great job with explaining what’s wrong and why the repairs need to be made. They are honest and will provide you with their findings of things that you might want to look out for but don’t require fixing right now. They have a great CRM that will text you reports of their findings, appointment reminders, etc. I really appreciate this since I tend to always be in a meeting when they happen to call. It provides me with the information I need to know without trying to find the time in a busy work day to call them back. I have been going there for about 5 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. I even moved to Lincoln, but continue to go to this location.

I have been a very satisfied customer for over 13 years. Originally recommended by my son in law who has been with them many more years. They helped resolve a tricky computer glitch with our Buick Rendezvous and have been spot on when Ive needed work or advice with my 2016 CMax. Quality is excellent, prices competitive and often a bit of free service, unexpected but welcome. Always friendly and helpful.

Duncan’s was incredible! I had a shotty brake job done by Sunrise Auto Care back in September, I was dragging my feet to get them fixed and have to spend more money. My dad went to Duncan’s recently and told me to reach out to them for my brakes. I was bummed about having to pay another diagnostic fee with having a service done recently, but their provider gave me an honest and informative explanation of why they’d need another one, and hooked me up with a coupon! I really appreciated him taking the time to explain, it definitely helped put my mind at ease as well. Duncan’s got my brakes done same day and I already feel such a difference, and finally feel safe on the road again. Every member there U talked to was beyond helpful and friendly, I will definitely be utilizing them in the future :)
