Unfavorable service, in fact a bit sketchy. I’ll stick BMR in the future.

We took my sister's car in last month (#LP) Called in to schedule an appointment on a Monday. They were able to get us in on Wednesday. (We also had went in Tuesday to ask a question. we felt heard and NOT dismissed. ) They send confirmation text and follow up text.(We had a SMOG completed last year also ) All around GREAT staff and service!

They were great, as always! My check engine light came on, they gave me advice about what to do until I could get the car in, which is the bad part to being great mechanics, I had to wait a week to be seen. 😋

Friendly, efficient staff, nice clean waiting room. I had made an appointment for a smog check, but on arrival, was told it wasn't in their system. They did still do the check, but had to wait an hour while having an appointment. Reason it's not 5 stars.

Duncan's Automotive did a smog test on my vehicle for my upcoming renewal of my registration. They immediately took my car in for the test and it was done in a timely manner. The staff were very friendly.

I have been taking my car to Duncan’s for almost 15 years…they are the very best… Clare is definitely there Super Star, very knowledgeable when she is typing up your paperwork.. and extremely pleasant to work with.

Integrity is the quality of being honest, sincere, and true to one's values and principles. THAT IS WHAT YOU WILL FIND AT THIS DUNCAN’S AUTOMOTIVE. FROM THE FOLKS AT THE FRONT DESK TO THOSE WHO DO THE REPAIRS. THEY BACK THEIR WORK WITH NO EXCUSES.

The service was excellent and reasonably priced. Will definitely be coming back for future services.

Went in for a A/C diagnostic. They didn't over charge me, found the problem and got me out the door quick. I appreciate the professionalism.
