I can't say enough about how happy I am that I moved my car repair business to Duncan's. We just had a major rehabilitation of my son's VW which had sat in our driveway for a few years. We were so impressed with the customer service we received from the owner. We brought our car in to have a noise diagnosed. At first they couldn’t hear it. But the. John took the time to ride around with us all over town until it made the noise so he could know what he was looking for. He then continued to drive it around himself to be 100% sure and fixed the issue easily. He made sure we didn’t overpay for unnecessary diagnostics and parts.
