I have only good things to say about Duncan’s Automotive of Roseville! I’d been looking for a mechanic I could trust and decided to stop by since I pass it almost every day. Greg and the team were friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. I appreciated receiving the diagnostic report by text—it gave me time to review everything without pressure. Abe explained what needed to be done clearly and worked with me to stay within my budget. As a retired 80-year-old on a fixed income, that meant a lot. Excellent service, honest communication, and fair pricing. I highly recommend Duncan’s and will definitely be back!

The team at Duncan’s automotive are always helpful and efficient. I took my 2007 Honda CRV in because I thought the alternator might be going out. The team diagnosed the problem and found out it wasn’t the alternator at all. The issue was the starter. They replaced the starter, checked the alternator and 40 other components, found a crack in my serpentine belt and replaced it too. I was back on the road with my 18 year old computer car the very next day. THANK YOU Guys.

Incredible experience with Duncan Automotive yesterday. I needed a brake inspection done and they were able to fit me in early in the morning last minute. They ordered the parts needed and were able to fix it that day. Excellent work done by the techs and phenomenal customer service by Jenell. She made sure everything got done so that I could pick up by car by closing in time for me to get to work. Can’t say enough about them, I will absolutely be getting any car service needs done here.
