I have taken multiple cars to them with a variety of issues, they always solve it in a timely manner with great communication. Last visit was for my 2004 nissan murano, for a failed alternator. They made sure to test all circuits involved before changing the alternator. They checked to follow up a few days after as well.

I would highly recommend Duncan's Automotive to anyone who needs repairs or maintenance done to their vehicle! The staff is excellent in their customer service & vehicle knowledge - especially Janelle! Prices are fair and I was kept in the loop every step of the way.

I showed up first thing on a Saturday morning for a smog test, but they were too booked to take me. However, the gentleman made me an appointment for 2 hours later and when I came back I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

They do a great job of taking care of customers.. my old truck needed some tweaking to pass smog after a new engine and Duncan was up too the task!
