Dave and Alex were awesome. By chance, they were able to accommodate me for a same day vehicle pre-purchase inspection. It was thorough to the point of finding a rear lower reflector loose and very minor damage to the front underside corner of the body. The report was complete and concise. Good Job!!!

Thank goodness for Duncan automotive! I was dealing with the parasitic draw on my battery for almost 2 years. I took it back to the stereo shop that installed my aftermarket alarm system several times to see if they could figure out why my battery was dead from not driving my Jeep for one day. They We’re no help! Duncan automotive found that the aftermarket Alarm system was spliced into something it shouldn’t have been. Highly recommend Duncan automotive!!!

This is my second time taking my Nissan titan truck there with this amazing mechanic both times for different reasons and they have been pretty amazing. Recently had my Check Engine Light go on in my 2005 Buick La Crosse. Drove to Duncan's in Lincoln. Where Claire, one of their ASA's ,Automotive Service Advisors, was quickly able to pull up a code indicating a misfire happening in one of the cylinders. It turns out the fix was not an easy one and it took more time than usual to diagnose the mix of issues that contributed to the problem. The bottom line is they solved the problem by having to diagnose and rectify multiple problems with my 21 year old car. A few members of the team over there that I've personally delt with, which includes not only Claire, but Jenell, (another ASA), and Mike the Manager really shows a determination to solve the most complex issues. I feel confident any car problems I may have in the future will be taken care of at Duncan's Automotive in Lincoln. You should feel the same.
