Great service, have both of our cars service here for 3 years since we moved to Lincoln

We have had our car serviced at Duncan’s many times and are very pleased with the quality of service and helpful staff.

I've had the experience of going there 3 or 4 times now and they are all great people. They always took care of us well. We trust them completely and will continue to go there to get work done to our vehicles.

They did a great job on our RX400h. The car drives beautiful after alignment.

I had a headlight out and then when I got there not only did they fix the headlight but also I had a brake light out and charged me less than the original amount they said it would cost I would never take my car anywhere else these people are awesome I've been going there for years I love you dunkins

Quick, professional - very pleased

From the minute I called I spoke with Claire. And she was amazing, professional, friendly, and concerned about My vehicle. she explained to come on over bring the car in and I told her what I thought the problem was which were the brakes. I explained to her my concern was I needed my vehicle by the next day because I was attending a funeral on Friday! They were awesome, they took a look at my car the next day on Thursday and they were able to diagnose it. It was completed in a timely manner, and I was able to pick up my car on Thursday afternoon. The staff there front office ladies, everybody is just wonderful. I’m happy with the outcome and the good service I get there and I now have new rear brakes!
