Duncan's Automotive is the best in Sacramento! They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, honest, and trustworthy! They have been patient with while I figure out what to do with my car. I forgot to check in with them as I was distracted and very busy. They called me and were still so very nice and understanding! If I ever need auto work again, they will be my first call. You can't go wrong with Duncan's!

They were straight forward, told me what needed to be replaced , didn't try scare tactics like if you don't fix it now it's going to fall apart. They fixed a problem i was having and it worked perfect. I will return to have the other issues fixed as finances allow. I like the attitude there.

Honestly, I can’t believe they fixed my truck. I took my truck to Dodge the actual dealership and they couldn’t even work on it. I took my truck to Duncan‘s automotive and it’s fixed and working perfect honestly, I will never take my truck anywhere else again not only was the customer service spot on but the mechanics actually know what they’re doing.
