Duncan's was a great experience. Even before I brought my car in, they were able to answer my questions about the smog early on the phone, and make an easy and quick appointment right away. As far as the service, it did not disappoint; they claimed it would take only a half hour and I was in and out in 20 minutes. I have used them long ago with a different car in the past, and they still had me ready and in the system for a quick process. Thanks for the great service and appreciate the help with the extra questions for my car as well. I will use them again.

My opinion is that Duncan Automotive is far the best of mechanics that I have experience, they give a portfolio of your vehicle of what needs to be done and also a clear understanding of what they repaired. I am a Marketing major and I have to stay on top what companies are good and who is not good at all, so they will be my only place to repair my vehicle.
