Great service and communication with better then competitive pricing. The repair was not as simple as it should have been as one of the parts on my truck was not original design. Chris kept me informed all the way through. I had a quote from another shop for their "sale price". Duncan's price was substantially lower AND they offer an alternative brand, sample quality and performance for even more savings. They give veterans a discount.

They were super helpful and friendly and had standard prices and didn't try to drain me of my money, great people!

I was completely pleased with their service, even though their location is a bit of a challenge to find, however, it is certainly worth it. If you must wait, they've a nice waiting area which is accommodating. The staff and technicians are quite friendly and accommodating. Their service department is professional and they handled my service request expeditiously. I highly recommend their services, their staff, and a very friendly and precious mascot. Great service and kept communicating throughout the process

Went for smog test. My first visit. Was very impressed with the friendly reception, eagerness to help, prompt and timely attention. While I haven’t used Duncan Automotive for a car service, their positive attitude and pride in their work, encourages me to do so.
