Customer service excellent as usual. However, confused that the diagnostic expense was over the top as the solution was for me to simply clean out our trunk completely for the roof mechanism to finally work properly?

After 5 hours, had to call for update. They informed me that they needed to order parts and would need car for another day and would cost $445…….it was just a replacement horn! Something obviously was missing from communication not to mention being without a vehicle when no one was even looking at it. Disappointed.

This place was a godsend!! They were helpful Knowledgeable and helped me with my BMW which most mechanics charge an arm and a leg for and they were extremely fair and only did the work I asked for and charged me for nothing else I live in San Francisco and I will be driving all the way back up to Lincoln to have them do work on my car again in the future.
